Pre-Support Plans: Preparing for Teen Top's Comeback

Here are a few things international Angels might consider doing as we look forward to the new mini-album on May 30.  Fans outside of Korea can mainly support by purchasing CDs and by online voting and activity.  If you are willing to take a little extra time and have access to a credit card, there is also one online music portal we can use to do digital downloads and streaming - digital scores are the most important factor in music countdown shows in Korea.

1. Sign up for MNET Global so that you can vote for M! Countdown.
This is free and in English.
You can also log in through twitter or facebook, without having to make an account at all.

You can also vote using MNET Japan which is a way to double your voting from one email account.  This is free and in Japanese.

My tutorial for how to sign up is slightly out of date because the layout has changed, but I hope you can still use it:

2. Sign up for Daum and join Teen Top’s fan cafe.
This is free and in Korean.

Daum ranking (based not so much on the number of cafe members but on the level of activity) affects scores for the music countdown shows.  If you join the fan cafe and level up your account, you’ll also get access to the new “Angelog” photo section and the “From Teen Top” message board.

» Note: You do not need to log in to vote for Teen Top in the daily cheer ranking.  Simply go to their fan cafe, scroll down to the pink box which shows their daily ranking, and click on “cheer” which is on the right:

3. Sign up for S oribada’s Korean website and buy a download/streaming pack.
This costs money (must use credit card) and is in Korean.

You must also prepare a scan of a government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, in order to register.

4. Double-check where to purchase CDs from so that they will hit the Hanteo and/or Gaon sales chart.  Some recommended sites for overseas fans are YesAsia, DVD Heaven, Aladdin, Synnara eShop and Interpark. Check sellers on ebay and Gmarket.
(**Please double-check before purchasing, I have not used these shops myself)
